The service

QuoteAtlas helps you store and compare supplier quotes. Extraction is automated and can be wrong: always check critical terms against the original document before ordering.

Plans

Free: 3 AI extractions in total. Pro $10/month: 30 per billing period. Team $40/month: 150 per billing period shared by up to 10 members. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; we do not refund the part of a billing period already paid unless the law requires it or we made a billing error. If you were charged by mistake, contact us using the details above and we will review it.

Your content

You keep ownership of your quotes and are responsible for having the right to upload them. Originals are stored on your device, not by us. You grant us the right to process the extracted data only to provide the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or upload content you have no right to share.

No guarantee

Comparisons do not include freight, duties or taxes that a quote does not state. The service is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy or availability.
