Who we are

QuoteAtlas is operated by Jaivin enterprises corporation, 227 Virginia Avenue, Unit B, Jersey City, NJ 07304, United States. Phone: +1 (347) 228-5175. Billing is handled by Stripe under this business name.

What we store

Your email address, your workspace, and the structured data extracted from your quotes (supplier, prices, terms, risk notes and short evidence snippets). We also keep usage counts and billing status.

Your original documents

Original PDFs and images are kept only in your browser on the device that uploaded them. They are not synced to other devices and are lost if you clear site data, so export a backup. We do not write documents to disk, storage or logs.

Sharing

If you share a project, the person you invite can see that project's extracted quote data (view only). Team members can see all extracted data in the shared workspace. Only members and invited people can see your data; you can remove access at any time.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI extraction) and Stripe (payments). Your data is processed by these providers only to run the service. Sign-in uses a session cookie; we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

AI processing

When you upload a document it is sent to Anthropic's API for one-time extraction. Do not upload documents you are not allowed to share with a processor. How long Anthropic keeps API data is governed by Anthropic's own terms, not by us.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Your controls

You can export your workspace data and delete your account from Billing & account. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your workspace data and sign-in from our database. Stripe keeps its own billing records as required by law. Provider backups may retain data for a limited period set by that provider.
